LIFEBRIDGE FOR ANIMALS, INC. is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit animal advocacy organization dedicated to raising awareness of the need to spay/neuter all pets.  Our main goal is to reduce the numbers of animals being killed in shelters and dumped off at the side of the road by offering low cost spay/neuter vouchers to anyone in need. Since February 2012, Lifebridge has been instrumental in fixing 17,000 cats and dogs. Lifebridge is the only organization in our county and the surrounding three counties that offer low cost vouchers for spay/neuter.

In January 2014 we implemented a TNR program for feral/stray/free-roaming cats. From January 2014 through April 2023, we have TNR’d over 5000 cats. We are also the only organization in our county and the surrounding three counties who offer TNR services.

In the past couple of years, Lifebridge has also provided free cat and dog food to elderly and low income families who are struggling just to put food on the table for their families. We want to make sure their pets have food too!

We consist of volunteers who do not take a salary and we never will.  100% of all money we raise goes directly to spaying and neutering of cats and dogs.  We also have paid for vet care for injured animals that would have otherwise died without our help.

We are also committed to educating the public about the importance of spaying and neutering their pets and that owning a pet should be a lifetime commitment.  We promote humane education in elementary schools and other organizations including Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Brownies, libraries, and any school-related group. We promote kindness and respect for all animals.  There is a very serious problem of unwanted litters being born each day and we feel that spaying and neutering is the answer to this problem.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR BOARD

Your tax deductible donation to Lifebridge for Animals will allow us to maximize funding for educational resource materials, promote spay/neuter initiatives to reduce the number of homeless pets, and keep our programs moving forward. Lifebridge can’t do it alone! We need your support! Overcrowding in shelters promotes the spread of disease, leading to suffering and death. Spaying/neutering in conjunction with education is the only way to solve the problem of pet overpopulation and put an end to homelessness. Help us put an end to the suffering!

Donations can be made by using PayPal (lifebridge45@gmail.com) and are tax-deductible.  Receipts will be given for all donations, no matter how small.
